About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adolescents and adults build healthier, more grounded lives. The teenage years and adulthood both carry unique pressures — identity development, relationship challenges, transitions, expectations, and often silent stress. I believe therapy offers a steady space to slow down, gain clarity, and grow with intention.
I am a graduate of Galena Park High School, earned my undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University, and received my Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. Throughout my career, I have worked in hospital social work, pediatric and school settings, hospice care, and addiction treatment. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how mental health is shaped by family dynamics, medical stress, grief and loss, academic pressure, and life transitions. They have strengthened my ability to support clients through both crisis and growth with steadiness and compassion.
I approach therapy with warmth, structure, and collaboration — helping teens develop emotional regulation, confidence, and identity, and helping adults build insight, healthier patterns, and lasting change.
As a wife and mother, I understand the complexity of relationships and responsibility. My goal is to create a space where adolescents and adults feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, school pressures, social challenges, or family changes like divorce, I provide a safe and understanding space to help them navigate it all. Through integrative approach, coping strategies, and emotional support, I help teens build confidence, manage stress, and develop healthy ways to handle life’s challenges. Life can get overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to manage stress, relationships, work, or past experiences on your own. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical — focused on helping you gain clarity, build coping skills, and find a path toward healing and growth. You don’t have to face it alone; together, we can work toward creating the life you want
Fees & Insurance
Session Fees
Individual therapy sessions are $100 per 50-minute session.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept major credit and debit cards. If you have questions about affordability or payment options, please feel free to reach out.

I am in-network with several major insurance providers, including:

If you plan to use insurance, I recommend contacting your provider directly to verify your mental health benefits, deductible, and copay amount. Please note that coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary depending on your specific plan.

Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. My fee is $100 per 50-minute session, and a written estimate can be provided upon request prior to beginning services.
